Complete and turn in the above Athletic Packet. High School Students WILL NOT  be able to participate in any practices or games without completed paperwork, health physcial and official clearance from Mrs Pitman in our  RVC Secondary Office. This process will take time, students who turn in completed paperwork may not be able to participate until days later. Please complete everything weeks before the start of official practice.

Transportation

  • All team parents are responsible for all transportation needs.
  • High School teams typically have a volunteer parent driving coordinator who communicates with the coach and organizes carpools.
  • With parent permission, high school students who drive, may drive themselves to local away games. They cannot drive other students, except siblings.
  • Elementary and JR High  School parents typically drive their own children or carpool with another responsible parent. The responsible parent must have contact and health information in case of a medical emergency.

Fees are paid/billed thru RenWeb or PSP administration after teams are formed.

 

Other expenses, such as, team parties, t-shirts, gifts or more are paid by participants.

 

Expenses for club level teams that are not official teams in our league will be paid by participants. (i.e. badminton & wrestling)
